Wooden Solders – Charlie Chamberlain – Charlie Chamberlain took members through his method of turning wooden solders. Charlie the conducted a hands on session where members where able to turn one for themselves. It was a very informative night with everyone learning something new.

Turning with Burl – Don Kelman – Don Kelman took members through his method of turning with burl. Don explained to members all his tips and tricks that he uses to produce some of the most amazing work out of burl. It was a very informative night with everyone learning something new.

The Bowl Saver – Guy Hocking – Guy Hocking took members through the clubs “Bowl Saver” tool and how to safely use it. This tool is available to all members to use and Guy went through the intricacies of using the tool with a demonstration on the night.

Electrical Safety Night – Ian Darvell – Ian Darvell took members through the annual Electrical Safety Talk. Ian demonstrated some common mistakes made when using electrical devices and talked through some situations he experienced whilst working as an electrician. The night was very informative and a lot was gained by everyone on the night.
