Turning Threads – David Shing – David Shing took members through his method of turning threads using the specialised tools that he owns. Don then demonstrated the tools by turning both an internal and external thread.

Wooden Balls – Don Kelman – Don Kelman took members through his method of turning wooden balls along with some of the tools he uses to turn them. Don then demonstrated the tools by turning a ball within a ball.

Wooden Hats – Charlie Chamberlain – Charlie Chamberlain took members through his method of turning wooden hats. Charlie then conducted a hands on session so members could have a go.

Lidded Boxes – Charlie Chamberlain – Charlie Chamberlain took members through his method of turning lidded boxes along with some of the tools he uses, including the “chatter tool”. Charlie then conducted a hands on session with the chatter tool so members could have a go.
